We do not collect any illicit information about you when you visit our website.
No personal information is collected apart from what you provide to fulfill the order.

Our software does not contain adware, malware or spyware.
We abhor these practices. Our free Trialware is for the purposes of demonstration and evaluation only and is not used to distribute hidden and/or malicious code onto your computer.

Many websites demand you fill in a form stating your personal details before you can download files.

Registration Information: This is the information you provide to us for product registration and billing purposes. We require your name, email address, and contact details. We will also need the Herd Prefix / Stud Name / Farm Name / Ranch Name of Optimate AlpaFarm clients. We do not on-sell, rent or in any other way disclose any information to any third party whatsoever.
Credit Card Information—online processing: Your credit card information is kept confidential and protected through the use of industry-standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology. We use a PCI DSS Scan Compliant third party gateway for this purpose, and we do not ever see your credit card details.
Credit Card Information—offline processing: Credit card details faxed or sent in the mail are kept confidential. This information is kept confidentially in an offline format solely to comply with the normal obligations of a merchant to the bank.
Email Address: We despise spam as much as you do. We will use email addresses only as a means of notifying existing clients of the latest version release or other need-to-know information relating to Optimate Computer Systems products. We run mailing lists for this purpose, and we first seek permission to subscribe clients to these lists. In other words, we believe in an opt-in system rather than an opt-out system.
(NOTE: We strongly advise that if you are the recipient of spam that you never click on an “opt-out” link (most aren’t even genuine!) or in any other way make known that your email address is legitimate. This only encourages more spam to come your way.)
